North Kent Mind – housing first support worker
North Kent Mind seek a housing support lead to support people with mental health and complex needs.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead and support a small team delivering housing support to people with mental health and complex needs.
- Provide person centred support that helps tenants manage their recovery goals.
- Work closely with services, families and partner organisations to ensure people receive coordinated, wraparound support.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with mental health needs, ideally within housing or community based services.
- Understands recovery focused practice, risk management and the importance of professional boundaries.
- Brings strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied and unpredictable workload.
