North Kent Mind – clinical lead 

North Kent Mind are looking for a clinical lead to oversee quality, governance and safeguarding across CYP services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and improve clinical guidance quality assurance and professional practice across Children and Young People's services. 
• Support safe, effective services through clinical supervision, safeguarding oversight, risk management and continuous improvement. 
• Work with colleagues and partners to strengthen professional standards across services. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant professional qualification and registration within a mental health, wellbeing, safeguarding or allied health profession. 
• Brings significant experience of clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance and professional practice leadership in CYP services. 
• Can provide expert guidance on risk, supervision and service improvement while building strong partnerships and influencing possible change.
