North Kent Mind – Clinical Lead

North Kent Mind seek a clinical lead to oversee quality, safeguarding and CYP mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead clinical practice, safeguarding and quality across Children and Young People's services, helping to ensure CYP and families receive safe, effective and high quality support. 
• Provide expert guidance on complex cases, supporting colleagues with clinical decision making risk management and safeguarding concerns. 
• Drive service improvement and workforce development, using data, feedback and learning to strengthen practice, improvement outcomes and support professional growth. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience delivering and overseeing therapeutic support for children and young people within mental health or related services. 
• Can provide clinical leadership on safeguarding, risk management and complex decision making in a multi agency environment. 
• Brings strong quality improvement, governance and workforce development experience, with a commitment to trauma informed and person centred practice.
