Mind THNR seek a service manager to lead a mental health crisis café and support people in crisis. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the day to day delivery and development of a mental health crisis café, ensuring people receive safe, welcoming and recovery focused support.
• Managing and support staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, inclusive and high quality performing team culture.
• Build strong partnerships with NHS services, local authorities and community organisations to improve outcomes for people in crisis.  

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading mental health, wellbeing or community support services. 
• Can manage service performance, safeguarding, risk and quality to deliver excellent support. 
• Brings strong leadership, communication and partnership working skills, with a commitment to recovery focused practice.
