Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge - senior employment advisor 

THNR Mind are looking for a senior employment advisor to lead employment support within NHS Talking Therapies.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Employment Advisors delivering tailored employment support within NHS Talking Therapies.
• Help people overcome barriers to work through one to one guidance, action planning and practical employment support. 
• Build strong partnerships with employers, clinical teams and community organisations to improve employment outcomes.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing or supervising employment support staff and services. 
• Holds an NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance (or equivalent experience)and understands employment support in amental health context. 
• Brings strong communication, leadership and partnership working skills, with a person centred approach.
