Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Redbridge - peer worker (Barnsley Street) 

Mind THNR seek a peer support worker to help people achieve recovery goals through lived experience support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide personalised support to people experiencing mental health challenges, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Use your lived experience to build trusting relationships and support people on their recovery journey.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to connect people with the services, opportunities and support they need. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has lived experience of mental health challenges and can use this meaningfully to support others.
• Has experience building supportive relationships and delivering person centred support.
• Is a compassionate team player who can work collaboratively within a diverse, multi agency environment.
