Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge – navigator

Mind THNR seek a navigator to help people access wellbeing support and achieve their recovery goals. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Help people find the right support by being the first point of contact into the Recovery and Wellbeing pathway. 
• Work with individuals to identify their goals, strengths and support networks, helping them move towards the things that matter most to them. 
• Give ongoing encouragement and practical support, helping people overcome barriers and make progress on their recovery journey. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health or wellbeing needs in a person centred way. 
• Can build positive, trusting relationships and motivate people to achieve their goals.
• Brings strong communication and partnership working skills, with a recovery focused and strengths based approach.
