Mind THNR seek a director of people and culture to lead workforce strategy and organisational development.  

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the organisation's People and culture strategy, helping to create an inclusive, values led workplace where people can thrive.
• Work with senior leaders and trustees to shape workplace planning, recruitment, organisational development and employee wellbeing. 
• Oversee people policies, governance and learning and development, ensuring colleagues are supported to deliver their best work. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant senior leadership experience in People, HR, organisational development or culture change. 
• Can develop and deliver people strategies that support organisational growth, inclusion and employee engagement. 
• Brings strong leadership, relationship building and influencing skills, with a commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.
