Mind CHWF – advanced recovery practitioner

Mind CHWF seek a specialist worker to support women with complex needs and substance use recovery.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Manage a caseload of women with complex needs, delivering recovery-focused support and psychosocial interventions
• Work with partner agencies to coordinate care, manage risk and safeguard service users
• Offer mentoring and specialist guidance to colleagues, supporting quality and service development

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in substance use treatment and supporting people with complex needs
• Has specialist knowledge in areas such as mental health, safeguarding, homelessness or criminal justice
• Works in a trauma-informed, person-centred way and can build effective relationships with service users and partners
