Mid and North East Essex Mind seek trustees to help shape strategy and strengthen mental health support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Help shape the future of Mid and North East Essex Mind by contributing to the organisation's strategy, governance and long term sustainability.
• Work alongside fellow trustees and senior leaders to ensure the charity delivers high quality mental health support and remains accountable to the communities it services.
• Use your skills, experience and insight to support decision making, strengthen governance and help the charity respond to future opportunities and challenges. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing in local communities. 
• Can think strategically, provide constructive challenge and support good governance. 
• Share our commitment to the Nolan Principles of Public Life and to creating positive outcomes for people experiencing mental health problems.
