Mid and North East Essex Mind are looking for an IPS employment specialist to help people with SMI find and keep meaningful work.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support people with severe mental illness to find, secure and sustain meaningful employment.
- Deliver person centred IPS employment support, helping people overcome barriers and achieve their work goals.
- Build strong relationships with employers, work professionals and community organisations to create opportunities and provide ongoing support.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs.
- Can build trusting relationships and work effectively with employers, partners and multidisciplinary teams.
- Brings strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills, with flexible and compassionate approach.
