In this role you'll:

• Support people with severe mental illness to find, secure and sustainable meaningful employment.
• Deliver IPS employment support using a person centred strengths based approach. 
• Build relationships with employers and partners to create inclusive opportunities. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.
• Can build strong relationships with individuals, employers and partner organisations. 
• Brings strong communication, organisation skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
