What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives that help staff and volunteers grow succeed and reach their potential 
• Lead and implementation of learning systems, training pathways and leadership development programmes across the organisation.
• Support a culture of continuous learning, ensuring training remains effective, accessible and aligned with organisational goals. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in learning and development, workplace development or organisational development. 
• Has designed or implemented training programmes, learning frameworks or learning management systems.
• Brings strong relationship building, project management and communication skills, with a passion for supporting people to develop.
