Bradford District & Craven Mind seek a learning and development lead to grow staff and volunteer skills.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives that help staff and volunteers grow succeed and reach their potential
- Lead and implementation of learning systems, training pathways and leadership development programmes across the organisation.
- Support a culture of continuous learning, ensuring training remains effective, accessible and aligned with organisational goals.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in learning and development, workplace development or organisational development.
- Has designed or implemented training programmes, learning frameworks or learning management systems.
- Brings strong relationship building, project management and communication skills, with a passion for supporting people to develop.
