Bradford District and Craven Mind – wellbeing practitioner (WISHH)
Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a wellbeing practitioner to support mental health and wellbeing.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Give one to one support to people of all ages, helping them improve their mental health, wellbeing and ability to stay well.
- Work with individuals to identify their needs and goals, develop personalised support plans and connect them with the right services.
- Encourage positive change through compassionate, non-judgmental support that builds confidence, resilience and independence.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children, young people or adults in a health, social care or community setting.
- Can build positive relationships and support people in a meaningful and non judgemental way.
- Brings strong communication, organisational and IT skills, with confidence managing risk and safeguarding concerns.
