Bradford District and Craven Mind – Wellbeing Practitioner (SMI-LE)

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a wellbeing practitioner to help adults with mental health and wellbeing needs. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Give one to one support to adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges, helping them improve their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. 
• Help people access the right support by providing guidance on areas such as housing, benefits, employment, money management and social connections.
• Work flexibly across community settings, building trusted relationships and connecting people with local services that support their recovery and independence. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health challenges and understands the impact these can have on everyday life.
• Knows how to build positive, person centred relationships and support people to identify and achieve their goals.
• Has good understanding of local support services and can confidently signpost and refer people to additional sources of support.
