Bradford District and Craven Mind – wellbeing practitioner (relief)
Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a relief practitioner to support wellbeing groups and activities.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Help run wellbeing groups and activities that support adults to improve their mental health, wellbeing and connection with others.
- Work across a range of services to support group sessions, cover staff absence and help people access meaningful support.
- Build positive relationships with service members, creating welcoming and inclusive spaces where people feel supported and heard.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting adults in a mental health, social care or community setting.
- Can respond confidently to challenging situations and safeguarding concerns.
- Brings strong communication and organisational skills, with experience using electronic recording systems and working part of a team.
