Bradford District and Craven Mind – wellbeing practitioner 

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a support worker to provide early mental health support by phone. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Give one to one telephone support people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges, helping them improve their wellbeing and build resilience. 
• Support people to make changes by offering practical guidance, early intervention support and connections to local services. 
• Assess needs and manage risk appropriately, ensuring people receive the right support at the right time. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience or qualifications in mental health, health and social care, or a related field. 
• Understands early intervention, safeguarding, confidentiality and the challenges people can face with their mental health. 
• Brings strong communication and listening skills, with a compassionate and person centred approach.
