Bradford District and Craven Mind – wellbeing practitioner

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a wellbeing practitioner to support community wellbeing groups. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

  • Co-facilitate wellbeing groups that help people connect with others, improve their wellbeing and reduce isolation.
  • Support adults through peer support activities, including culturally specific and community focused groups. 
  • Help deliver a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment while supporting the wider wellbeing team. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting adults in mental health, social care or community setting. 
  • Is confident managing challenging situations and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
  • Brings strong communication skills and enjoys facilitating groups and engaging with diverse communities.
