Bradford District and Craven Mind – wellbeing practitioner
Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a wellbeing practitioner to support community wellbeing groups.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Co-facilitate wellbeing groups that help people connect with others, improve their wellbeing and reduce isolation.
- Support adults through peer support activities, including culturally specific and community focused groups.
- Help deliver a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment while supporting the wider wellbeing team.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting adults in mental health, social care or community setting.
- Is confident managing challenging situations and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
- Brings strong communication skills and enjoys facilitating groups and engaging with diverse communities.
