Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a service manger to lead wellbeing support for children and families.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead and develop services that support the emotional wellbeing of children, young people and families.
- Manage service delivery, using data, feedback and insight to improve quality and maximise impact.
- Work with partners and colleagues to ensure services are responsive, effective and meet local needs.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading or managing services that support children, young people or families.
- Is passionate about emotional wellbeing, early intervention and trauma informed practice.
- Brings strong leadership, partnership working and service improvement skills.
