Bradford District and Craven Mind – service manager (maternity cover)

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a service manager to lead a mental health helpline and live chat service. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop Guide Line, ensuring people of all ages receive high quality, accessible support through telephone and live chat services. 
• Use data, feedback and insight to improve service performance, identify trends and help shape the future development of the service.
• Manage and support a dedicated team, creating a positive environment where staff can deliver safe effective and person centred support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing mental health, wellbeing or support services and leading teams to achieve positive outcomes. 
• Can use performance data, feedback and evaluation to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact. 
• Brings strong leadership, communication and partnership working skills, with a commitment to high quality, accessible mental health support.
