Bradford District and Craven Mind – service manager

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a service manager to lead adult mental health services and support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and development mental health services for adults and older adults, ensuring people receive high quality, safe and accessible support across Bradford District and Craven. 
• Work partners across primary and secondary care, helping to shape joined up services that support people with a wide range of mental health needs. 
• Drive service improvement and innovation, using learning from incidents, safeguarding concerns and feedback to strengthen practice and improve outcomes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading mental health, health, social care or community based services.
• Can build strong partnerships, lead teams and ensure services remain safe, effective and person centred. 
• Is a proactive and values led leader who is passionate about improving mental health support and driving positive change.
