Bradford District and Craven Mind – service coordinator (maternity cover) safe spaces 

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a service coordinator to lead crisis support and wellbeing services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Crisis Support Workers to ensure people experiencing emotional distress receive safe, compassionate and effective support. 
• Give one to one crisis support face to face and over the phone, helping people explore their options and access the right support. 
• Help ensure the smooth running of the service, creating a welcoming environment where people feel heard, valued and supported. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children, young people or adults in a health, social care or community setting. 
• Can manage challenging situations and respond confidently to safeguarding concerns. 
• Brings strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills, with a compassionate and non judgemental approach.
