Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a quality manager to lead safety, learning and service improvement.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead and strengthen quality, safety and practice across BDC Mind, helping to ensure services are safe, effective, inclusive and focused on positive outcomes.
- Work with managers and teams to drive continuous improvement, using learning from audits, incidents, safeguarding, complaints and feedback to improve services.
- Support organisational resilience and service quality, providing operational support during periods of change, pressure or workforce challenge.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in quality assurance, safeguarding, risk management or practice development within health, social care, mental health or voluntary sector.
- can use data, feedback and learning to identify opportunities for improvement and support high quality standards across services.
- Brings strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and person centred practice.
