Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a head of business support to lead governance and operations. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop business support services that help Bradford District and Craven Mind operate safely, efficiently and effectively as it continues to grow. 
• Oversee governance, risk, health and safety, digital systems and operational processes, ensuring the organisation has the infrastructure it needs to deliver high quality services. 
• Drive organisational improvement, leading project and strengthening systems, processes and ways of working across the charity. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in business management, governance, risk management, health and safety, project management or a related field. 
• Can lead operational functions, improve processes and support organisational growth and change. 
• Brings strong leadership, problem solving and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
