Bradford District and Craven Mind – guide line service coordinator

Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a service coordinator to support a mental health helpline service. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support the day to day delivery of Guide Line, ensuring people of all ages receive high quality emotional support through phone and live chat services. 
• Manage and support a team, providing operational oversight, scheduling and guidance to help maintain safe and effective service delivery.
• Monitor performance and service data, helping to ensure standards are met and services continue to respond to the needs of the community. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people experiencing mental health challenges. 
• Understands safeguarding, risk management and how to build positive professional relationships. 
• Has experience managing and supporting teams, with strong organisational and communication skills.
