Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a data and insights manager to drive impact, evaluation and learning. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Turn data into meaningful insight that helps improve services, demonstrate impact and support evidence based decision making across the organisation.
• Lead reporting, evaluation and impact measurement activity, helping colleagues understand performance, identify trends and respond to emerging needs. 
• Work with teams, partners and service members to strengthen organisational learning and ensure data and research drive continuous improvement. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in data, insight, research, evaluation, impact measurement or information management. 
• Can analyse complex information and present findings clearly to a range of audiences.
• Brings strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills, with a passion for using evidence to improve services and outcomes.
