Tyneside and Northumberland Mind seek a senior counselling manager to lead high-quality mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop counselling services, ensuring they are safe, high quality and responsive to community need. 
• Provide clinical leadership and governance, supporting teams to deliver effective evidence based care. 
• Work with partners, commissioners and internal teams to grow services and strengthen impact. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Is an accredited counsellor or psychotherapist (BACP/UKCP or equivalent).
• Has significant experience leading counselling or therapy services, including clinical governance.
• Brings strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
