Mind in Brighton and Hove seek a service manager to lead mental health advocacy services and teams.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead and develop mental health advocacy services, ensuring people receive high quality, client focused support.
- Manage and support staff and volunteers, creating a positive, inclusive and high performance team culture.
- Build strong partnerships with commissioners, funders and local organisations to strengthen and grow services.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing mental health services, contracts and service performance.
- Can lead and develop teams while ensuring high standards of quality, safeguarding and governance.
- Brings strong communication, relationship building and financial management skills, with commitment to recovery focused and trauma informed practice.
