Islington Mind – mental health recovery team leader 

Islington Mind are looking for a team leader to manage a community mental health recovery and wellbeing service. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the day to day delivery of a community mental health recovery service, ensuring people receive welcoming, trauma informed support.
• Manage and support staff and volunteers while overseeing activities, groups and open access drop in provision.
• Work with partners and service users to develop programmes that promote recovery, community connection and wellbeing. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience supporting people with mental health needs in community, groups and one to one settings
• Has experience managing a busy mental health community or day centre service.
• Brings strong assessment, crisis management and relationship building skills, with a commitment to person centred support.
