Derbyshire Mind - senior support worker (crisis support drop in service)

Derbyshire Mind seek a senior support worker to lead crisis drop in services across Derbyshire. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and coordinate the Crisis Support Drop In Service across multiple sites, ensuring safe and effective delivery. 
• Support and develop staff and volunteers, helping create a calm, compassionate and high quality service.
• Oversee operations, including rotas, resources, reporting and day to day service management. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience coordinating services or teams, ideally within mental health or public facing support. 
• Brings confidence in supporting people in crisis, including de-escalation and safeguarding. 
• Is organised, reliable and able to lead in a fast paced, multi-site environment.
