Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a learning and development lead to support staff and volunteers. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the development of learning, training and volunteering programmes that support people to thrive.
• Implement systems and initiatives that strengthen workforce development, leadership and continuous learning.
• Help grow and enhance volunteering opportunities, ensuring volunteers are supported, valued and empowered. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in learning and development, organisational development or workforce development. 
• Can design and implement effective training programmes, frameworks and learning systems.
• Brings strong project management, communication and relationship building skills, with a strategic and inclusive approach.
