How we can help you

At my time of need I needed advice and guidance and didn’t know where to turn. I didn’t want to be judged and wanted to speak to someone who I knew would understand. Mind infoline is a fantastic service which helped me greatly.

Mind helps people to take control over their mental health. We provide information and advice, training programmes, grants and services through our network of local Mind associations. We do all this to make it possible for people who experience mental distress to live full lives, and play their full part in society. How can we help you?

  • Help lines
