To give your feedback, please complete this online survey. (Deadline 26th February)

Hearing or speech impaired enquirers can use the same phone number and access our textphone. We use Language Line, the telephone interpreting service with access to more than 100 languages. Ask the Mind infoline team member when you call if you need this service.
If you contact us by email we will be able to see your email address. Although your address is kept confidential, you may prefer to remain completely anonymous by setting up another account
Phone calls from UK landlines are charged at local rates. Charges from mobile telephones vary considerably from provider to provider. Mind does not get any revenue from the calls. We ask for a donation where possible for documents sent through the post, but it is available to view free online.
Mind infoline is entirely dependent on donations to remain open. In order to continue our work, we ask those who are able to consider making a donation. Such donations enable us to maintain a service that is available to everyone.
If you are in crisis, the Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
