Doncaster Mind – settle coordinator
We're looking for someone who's eager to coordinate all of Doncaster Mind's activities supporting refugees and asylum seekers, and contribute to our long term equality, diversity and inclusion plan and health inequalities activities.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the Settle project
- Play a key role in delivery of our equality, diversity and inclusion plan
- Contribute to the development of our ongoing response to health inequalities across all communities in Doncaster
- Take initiatives to support our wider team with their understanding of the experiences of and support for refugees, asylum seekers and others experiencing health inequalities
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Interest in or experience of migration
- Understanding of the barriers individuals face and the impact on their mental health
