Wellness Actions Plans (WAPs) are an easy, practical way of helping you to support your own mental health at work.
We have created a guide especially for employees, which includes advice on how to get started with a WAP and how to approach it with your manager, as well as top tips for staying well at work. The guide also includes an interactive WAP template, so you can fill in the plan electronically when you are ready.
Everyone can complete a WAP, you don't need to have a mental health problem in order to feel the benefits. It just means that you already have practical steps in place to ensure you are supported when you aren't feeling great.
