Why fundraise for Mind?

Companies working with us find that fundraising for Mind is a great way of motivating staff, encouraging creativity, improving communications and promoting team-building. They also report it helps to project a positive corporate image and demonstrates commitment to mental health issues with staff, customers and business partners.

We have places in all the big challenge events up and down the country, from the London Marathon to the Great North Swim. Or, for a bit of fun, how about a Superhero Run or Fright Hike?

That said, we know that one size doesn’t fit all. We can also put on bespoke challenges for teams of staff. We’ll tailor the event to your requirements and do our best to attract excellent press coverage.

One company's story

In 2011, 27 Veolia staff took part in a bespoke Three Peaks Challenge, raising nearly £18,000 after a major promotion campaign on their intranet and in their in-house magazine.

We supported the Veolia team throughout with training guides, fundraising advice and regular contact, including good luck cards and certificates for completing the challenge.

Our account manager accompanied the team to motivate employees during the challenge and participants each raised £150 more than their fundraising target.

If you'd like to find out more about how your people can get involved in raising money for Mind, we'd love to hear from you.
