Vistry Group – which includes Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Vistry Partnerships - is one of the top five house builders in the UK, and has partnered with Mind this year, aiming to raise £115,000.
Vistry people will be fundraising through a variety of events, such as skydives, marathons, golf days and lots of fun, in-office (or in-home!) activities. Vistry has worked with Mind to keep mental health at the top of its agenda, by raising awareness, supporting its staff and encouraging open and honest discussions around wellbeing. The partnership kicked off with a virtual Mind ‘road show’, featuring speakers with lived experience of mental health problems at a series of learning events to engage colleagues. Across Mental Health Awareness Week in May 2021, colleagues also shared how being out in nature boosted their mental health, through both internal and external communication channels, while the Group also handed over a single donation of £30,000 to Mind following the sale of old IT equipment to a recycling centre.
