About the role

There has never been a more exciting time to join West Kent Mind. We are an awarding winning, ambitious organisation. West Kent Mind provides a growing range of services with and on behalf of people with mental health needs. One of these services is a supported housing scheme to support people with a mental health condition to live independently with two-three years. Our scheme offers residents a safe and secure environment in which they can work with our support staff, at their own pace, towards increasing levels of independence.

As part of the supported housing team, you will empower our clients by providing a high-quality management and support service, enabling them to become increasingly independent and move in within a two-three-year period.
