Time to Change Wales - Programme Support Officer

About the role

We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Programme Support Officer to help deliver the fourth phase of the Time to Change Wales Programme. Working under the direction of the Time to Change Wales Leads and Programme Manager, you will:

  • Provide programme administration support across all strands including marketing, digital, communication and engagement.
  • Maximise the effectiveness of collaborative working and implement efficient processes and standards across strands and partner organisations.
  • Support the development of high quality programme material, content and champion excellent customer service. You will work closely with team members in Mind Cymru and Adferiad Recovery so the ability to build good working relationships is essential. You may also need to be willing to occasionally travel as part of your role to attend off-site meetings.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days a week (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team).
