Team Administrator

About the role

The Network Quality Team assures the quality of over 100 local Minds across England and Wales through the Mind Quality Mark (MQM). The team also run the annual Mind Network Excellence Awards to celebrate the life changing work of local Minds.

The Team Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the work of the team. It is a varied role that includes organising and managing meetings – both in person and video conferencing, managing communications, surveys and information, organising training, bookings and general admin support. The post holder will also provide admin support for the Associate Director of Networks.

If you are an experienced administrator, well organised, IT proficient with strong communication skills and a flexible ‘can do’ approach you may be just the person we are looking for!
