Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind - Safety Planning Lead

About the role

We are looking for Wellbeing Practitioner – Safety Planning Leads for a new Community Services Mental Health Framework in B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire.

Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind, Bath Mind, Rethink Mental Illness and Alabare Christian Care and Support are a Third Sector Alliance, working across the sector together with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Oxford Health Foundation NHS Trust to provide accessible, responsive, and inclusive mental health support across the local area, as part of the national Community Services Mental Health Framework.

This role will work alongside Psychiatric Liaison teams at peak times to facilitate targeted, suicide-specific, collaborative safety plans in a safe, non-clinical space, to people who have expressed suicidal thoughts or self-harming behaviours.
