£33,310 - £38,864 plus London weighting
We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
If you have experience in managing a busy, service delivery team, this might be the role for you.
This role is responsible for ensuring the team achieve accurate banking and reconciliation of all fundraising income.
You will ensure that service level agreements and key performance indicators are met, guaranteeing an excellent service for our internal and external customers.
You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key fulfilment and response handling agencies.
Our Supporter Relations team is key to supporting the wider fundraising department meet its goals.
We have ambitious plans to deliver a memorable and proactive service to anyone engaging with Mind.
Our unrivalled service will support our three-year fundraising objective; increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33%.
You will need:
• Excellent team management skills
• Experience of working in a fast paced, customer service team
• Experience of highlighting and improving income processing procedures
• Experience of training and developing individuals and teams

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
