We are looking for two Supporter Relations Coordinators to join the Data and Supporter Relations team.

We have ambitious plans to deliver a memorable and proactive service to anyone engaging with Mind. Our unrivalled service will support our three-year fundraising objective; increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33%.
You will need:
Experience of and passion for, delivering excellent customer care
Excellent communication skills by phone, email and post
Experience of delivering timely and accurate responses
Experience of managing multiple priorities, within a busy team
Please note that there are two roles being advertised - one is for a permanent contract and the other is for a Fixed-Term Contract until 31 March 2022. You will have a chance in the application to indicate which role you are interested in.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
