The Business Support Coordinator plays a vital role at Mind in supporting the fast paced Supporter Relations team and fundraising directorate. The post holder allows us to improve and deliver an outstanding customer service to supporters so that their experience of Mind is second to none, leaving them feeling valued and committed to on-going support. The role is varied and will require attention to detail and an ability to multi task and work to conflicting deadlines. You will work closely with the team managers and the Head of Supporter Relations to ensure standards are met and day to day operation of the function runs smoothly.
