Sunday Supervisor - Walworth Road

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sunday supervisor to join our Mind charity shop in Walworth Road, London. You'll be:

  • helping the shop manager achieve sales and profit targets
  • managing and motivating the shop team, including volunteers.
  • providing excellent customer service to shop visitors.

Ideally, we'd like you to have had some supervisor experience in a high street store or charity shop. But if you don't have this experience, don't worry! The most important things we're looking for are:

  • a passion for a career in retail
  • willingness to put in your very best at work
  • eagerness to learn.
