We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced retail supervisor to join one of our Mind shops.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the store manager in delivering sales and profit targets through effective management and motivation of the shop team, including volunteers. The role holder will also exceed customer expectations by providing high-quality customer service.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with management or supervisor-level experience gained in a high street store or charity shop. But management experience isn’t essential for this role. We’re open to applicants without management experience who are interested in a career in retail, are prepared to work hard and are eager to learn. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
In return, we offer an excellent benefits package, including:
We value the power of diversity. We embrace the different perspectives that each of us brings. We are creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is appreciated for being authentic. And bringing their whole selves to work. Regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.
We are committed to becoming truly anti-racist in everything we do. Ensuring all our employees are treated fairly and equally at work. And promoting equality in physical and mental health for all.
Becoming an anti-racist organisation sits at the heart of our strategy. For more information, please visit our strategy pages.
