Sunday Supervisor - Leeds

About the role

We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Supervisor in one of our Mind Shops. You will be responsible for assisting the manager to deliver sales/profit targets through the effective management and motivation of the shop team including volunteers.

You will exceed customer expectations by giving the highest quality of service.

Ideally we want to hear from people who have a background which includes management or supervisor level experience gained in high street or charity retail. If you haven’t don’t worry, we are just as interested in people who want a career in retail, are prepared to work hard and are eager to learn. If that sounds like you then we would love to hear from you too. In return we offer a great benefits package including Core Induction and Training, development opportunities, an Employee Assistance Programme and 25 days holiday.

Equality & Diversity

We value the power of diversity. We embrace the different perspectives that each of us bring. We are creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is appreciated for being authentic and bringing their whole selves to work regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.

We are committed to becoming truly anti-racist in everything we do and ensuring that all our employees are treated fairly and equitably at work and promoting equity in physical and mental health for all.

Our strategy has becoming an anti-racist organisation right at the centre of our work. For more information please visit click on the button below.
