Strategy & Planning Officer

About the role

We've got an exciting opportunity to join our Strategy & Planning team. You'll be playing a key role in making sure that:

  • our strategy remains fit for purpose
  • our strategic decisions are informed by lived experience and the best available evidence
  • teams are supported to develop high-quality plans.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • is highly organised
  • enjoys using their critical thinking skills to solve problems
  • can convey concepts simply and clearly to others.

For this opportunity, we're working with an external agency – BAME Recruitment – to help make our recruitment process more inclusive. This role is promoted via their channels and all candidates (internal and external) will receive additional support from their recruitment team.

Any queries about this post or to have a chat with Susannah, Strategy & Planning Manager, please email [email protected]

For this position, you'll be working from home at first. But as guidance changes, we'll expect you to work in our offices for at least 2 days a week - or more, depending on your team's needs.

Equality & Diversity

We value the power of diversity. We embrace the different perspectives that each of us bring. We are creating an inclusive working environment where everyone is appreciated for being authentic and bringing their whole selves to work regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity and experience.

We are committed to becoming truly anti-racist in everything we do and ensuring that all our employees are treated fairly and equitably at work and promoting equity in physical and mental health for all.

Our strategy has becoming an anti-racist organisation right at the centre of our work. For more information please visit click on the button below.
