Springfield Mind - Telephone Triage Team Leader (Days)

About the role

One of two Team Leaders, the flexible, motivational and reliable post holder of this exciting new post in Worcestershire will lead a team of Telephone Triage Practitioners working from within the Crisis Team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. This service is delivered over 3 shifts of 8 hours each, 24 hours a day.  Triage Practitioners works within set pathways to ensure any caller experiencing mental health distress, as well as relatives or professional callers, get signposted, supported, and referred onwards (where appropriate). This helps ensure the right outcome for each caller. Working 37 hours per week, the Team Leader (Days) will work flexibly across the week to meet the needs of the service.

• Staff management and leadership
• Team working
• Exceptional IT skills, working across a number of packages
• Reporting and evaluating
