Springfield Mind Telephone Triage Practitioner

About the role

The telephone triage is based at the Crisis Assessment Suite (CAS) at Worcester Hospital.

The service is to manage calls from individuals who are experiencing high levels of mental health distress, their families and professionals.

The roles will work in close partnership with the NHS crisis team.

The Telephone Triage service is delivered are on a rolling 4 week rota from 5pm-1am and 1am-9am, 365 days of the year.
